It was enchanting, and one of the nicest hotel rooms I&#8217;ve ever had at a business conference.<\/p>\n<p>This year, however, the hotel outdid itself.<\/p>\n<p>We had booked a double room but when I checked in Thursday afternoon, they were oversold.<\/p>\n<p>But we got lucky. We got upgraded to one of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fourseasons.com\/houston\/luxury_apartments\/residences\/\" target=\"_blank\">Four Seasons&#8217; extended stay apartments.<\/a> Two bedrooms, two baths, an open plan living\/dining room and a kitchen. This <a href=\"http:\/\/docs.google.com\/viewer?url=http:\/\/www.fourseasons.com\/apps\/landing_pages\/uploads\/bosque_two_bedroom_unit.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">floorplan<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks, Bobby at the Four Seasons. Your hotel rocks. You rock.<\/p>\n<p>And we didn&#8217;t want to leave. As the oh so lovely <a href=\"http:\/\/wouldashoulda.com\" target=\"_blank\">Mir <\/a>said, when we find the money tree, we&#8217;re coming back, and we may never leave.<\/p>\n<p>Plus, you allow dogs.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/wouldashoulda.com\/2009\/09\/25\/she-doesnt-mind\/#more-3480\" target=\"_blank\">Licorice <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/98336388@N00\/479344572\/in\/set-72157600162555616\/\" target=\"_blank\">Reva <\/a>will love it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Four Seasons Hotel in Houston rocks.
