I’m back from Chicago and slowly digging out from work. I’ll write more about the sessions and so forth on Marketing Roadmaps, as most of the conversations emerging from the conference are more suited to it than to Snapshot Chronicles.
My son missed me so much that Monday afternoon he left for 3 days with his grandmother 🙂 Sounds like he’s having a great time and taking lots of pictures so watch this space toward the end of the week for his masterworks!

I was so busy chatting with folks that I barely took any pictures, but I’ve posted a few on Flickr.

BlogHer Mocha Momma put out the call for those attending BlogHer to introduce themselves briefly in their blogs, so here goes:

  • Personally: Married to David, one child Douglas age 7. Four dogs, three cats and at the moment, three 6-week old puppies.
  • Professionally: A refugee from corporate America where I spent 20+ years in various marketing and communications roles, I am now an independent marketing consultant.
  • Education: Yes. A long time ago. If you really want to know, it’s on my Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.
  • I breed and show Scottish Terriers.
  • I have two blogs, Marketing Roadmaps, which covers marketing and PR topics, and this one, which is a cross between a parenting blog and photo blog.
  • I finished reading Harry Potter #7 this morning. I’m not telling.
